Loteri Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using loteri's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the loteri platform, available via this website and our mobile application. By creating an account, logging in or using any part of the loteri platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the latest updated version.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and loteri as the platform operator. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.

- One account per user only
- Continued use constitutes full acceptance
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
To register an account with loteri, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
- Providing accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration.
- Not having an existing loteri account or one that has been previously suspended.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Password & Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
- Notify loteri immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
- Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is adequately secured.
- Not accessing another user's account or allowing anyone else to access yours.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Loteri users are required to use the platform responsibly and within permitted boundaries. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or attack the platform's infrastructure by any means.
- Bypassing or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the system.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes.
- Registering more than one account or using a false or borrowed identity.
- Conducting money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any third party.
- Exploiting promotions or bonuses unfairly in a manner contrary to the intent of the offer.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on loteri are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:
Deposit
- Deposits may only be made via payment methods approved by loteri, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and other available local methods.
- All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance upon system verification.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name.
- Identity verification may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected.
- Loteri reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is carried out if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- All withdrawals are subject to the limits and processing times stated on the platform.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Loteri reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- The user violates any of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity is detected.
- The user provided false information during registration.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with current policy.
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, loteri is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
- Losses arising from inability to access the platform due to third-party network disruptions.
- Any claims exceeding the total account balance at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software and materials found on the loteri platform are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You are not permitted to:
- Copying, distributing or modifying any platform content without written authorisation.
- Using loteri's trade name, logo or branding for personal or commercial purposes.
- Creating derivative works based on platform content.
Third-Party Links, Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Links to Third-Party Sites
The loteri platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or validation of those sites' content. loteri is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website.
Right to Amend Terms
Loteri reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
